We want you to love your Obaé pieces. If something isn’t right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email info@wearobae.com with your order number and a brief description. We'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the item you’d like and processing a return separately.
